Leave care Live life: sulla strada giusta

Si è svolta a Maynooth, in Irlanda, dal 23 al 27 luglio scorsi, una formazione congiunta per le associazioni partner del progetto europeo “Leave care live life”, di cui Agevolando è capofila.
Presenti al meeting delegazioni dalla Romania (Associazione T.i.b.e.r.i.u.s.), dall’Inghilterra (Care leavers’association), dalla Croazia (Fice), dall’Irlanda (Care leavers’ network Ireland). Per Agevolando presenti Rossella Cecchini, Diletta Mauri e Adina Jujic.
Obiettivo dell’incontro è stato quello di definire un approccio e una metodologia comuni nella promozione di processi partecipativi con i care leavers dei diversi paesi che saranno coinvolti nel progetto. Il nostro scopo è, infatti, giungere alla costituzione di un network europeo di ragazzi cresciuti in contesti eterofamiliari.
Durante le quattro giornate di lavoro ci siamo confrontati, anche attraverso alcuni giochi di ruolo e a partire dalla letteratura internazionale di riferimento, e ogni paese ha presentato la sua esperienza. Nonostante le differenze siamo giunti a definire un modello comune.
“É stato interessante ascoltare le esperienze degli altri paesi – ha commentato Adina – e difficile trovare una linea comune, perché ci sono tante differenze tra noi. Ma siamo sulla strada giusta”.
Il prossimo appuntamento sarà a settembre a Manchester, in questa occasione ci confronteremo anche su una piattaforma online in cui condividere i materiali prodotti.

Leave care Live life: in the right direction
In Maynooth, Ireland, between 23 to 27 of july 2018, Agevolando association was involved in the first european training, about the project “Leave care live life”, for all the partners.
We met T.i.b.e.r.i.u.s. Association (from Romania), Care Leavers’ Association (from England), FICE (Croatia), Care Leavers’ Network Ireland. There were Rossella Cecchini, Diletta Mauri and Adina Jujic from Agevolando association.
The goal of the meeting: find a common methodological approach, for promoting participative paths with care leavers from all the country partners, that will be involved in this project. We will build an european care leavers network about young people, which leaved (or are living in) the care system.
During four training days we comparisoned, also with role plays and activities, started from every partners experiences. Even though differences between Countries we found a shared work model.
“Know and learn the other experiences about the partners was very interesting – commented Adina. Find a common line guide was difficult, because there are many differences between our countries. But we’re going in the right direction.”
Next september will be the second meeting, in Manchester (UK), where we will talk and discuss about one of the project output: online platform (and materials made till the meeting).
